Return Policy
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your order. If there’s ever an issue, we’ll make it right.
Due to the nature of our made-to-order DTG products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
However, we are happy to replace or issue store credit for the following:
✔️ Damaged items
✔️ Printing defects
✔️ Incorrect item received (wrong design, size, or color sent)
To request a replacement or store credit:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include a photo of the issue for review
If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Items do not need to be returned unless requested.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- All items must be unworn and unwashed
