Pricing

We do not enforce a minimum retail price, but most boutiques price our items at 2–2.5x wholesale for healthy margins.

Order Minimums

We offer NO minimums—whether you’re just starting out or scaling, you can order what you need.

Turnaround Time

All items are made-to-order.

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the order.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–4 business days.

Drop Shipping

Yes—we are fully drop ship friendly.

Invoices (SyncLogic Orders)

Invoices are automatically sent to the email connected to your Shopify account.

Please check your spam or promotions folder, as they can sometimes land there.

Return Address on Packages

Orders ship with a neutral return label (“Online Boutique”).

If you’d like to use your own return address, we offer a one-time setup option.
